Circle B Services, Dayton, Ohio, is
owned and operated by me, Tim Ballard. I offer leak detection and
utility line locating services to assist individuals in locating a water
leak in a line which may be outside coming in from the suppliers line or a
line feeding under a floor in a building throughout the Dayton, Ohio
area.. My line location service assists plumbers, contractors,
property management and home owners in finding an underground phone,
electric or water line so they can do a repair on a water line, sewer
line, irrigation system or pool fill line.
Customers often notice their water bill is higher than normal, without any change in their usage. The owner typically starts by going through their home or business looking for noticeable problems like a dripping faucet or toilet that does not shut off well when the problem may be an underground water line leaking. Apartment complexes and trailer park managers are often unable to find a source of a water line leak because tenants do not report a dripping faucet, running toilet, etc. This can include private fire hydrants, irrigation systems, service lines and swimming pool fill lines. They will see their monthly water usage continue to rise and are often frustrated seeking a resolution to the rising cost. Property management groups can improve and maintain their costs by getting a water leak detection survey done, pinpoint the problem and call in a plumber or service group. I offer line locating services throughout the Dayton, Ohio area, that can assist you in locating a phone line, water line or electric line underground. In a home...you may need to find the underground line that takes electric and phone lines to your detached garage or outbuilding. Locating a water line from your home to your outbuilding, irrigation system or water feature in the yard will save time and money searching for a line. My line location services can assist contractors in locating underground lines when adding onto a home or business and for new construction too. Plumbers often request line locating services to find a sewer line on a property so they can begin a repair quickly making the work cost efficient. EXPERIENCE:
I am retired from Montgomery County Sanitary Engineering, Dayton, Ohio,
with 30 years of hands on experience in the water distribution field
working with consumers, businesses, government along with Fire and Police
Departments. My work at
Montgomery County ranged from operator, maintenance mechanic, technical
specialist providing leak detection and line locating services throughout the Dayton, Ohio area. Consulting
services is available for map development, water system testing, valve
turning, EPA Backflow Prevention Programs and coordinating projects with
government officials. I am a member of
the American Water Works Association (AWWA) and work closely with the Ohio
